These terms describe the £29 research bundle. Checkout remains disabled until the operator details and purchase terms have been confirmed. No subscription or recurring charge is created.
What the service provides
The service helps you discover or assess business ideas, review source-linked research, edit a working plan and record evidence. It is designed for adults. Research is generated by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. You remain responsible for verifying important claims and deciding what action to take.
A report is not professional legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice, proof of demand, an investor endorsement or a guarantee of profit.
Access, use and your content
Do not attempt to access another user’s projects, bypass limits or submit content you are not entitled to use. Avoid sensitive or confidential information. You keep any rights you have in your inputs; processing them is necessary to deliver and save the result you request.
You can export your work and use it to evaluate your business. AI output may not be unique and may require further checks before reuse. See the privacy draft for data handling.
Availability and changes
The service may have errors, interruptions or capacity limits. Keep exports of important work. A provider or saving failure is shown in the interface; the system does not substitute a sample and pretend the research succeeded. New features do not change the credits already purchased.
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator and final governing terms must be confirmed before public trading.
Your purchase and delivery
£29 is a one-off purchase, including any applicable taxes, for one discovery shortlist of three possibilities and one research brief assessing up to three supplied ideas, with a working business plan for one selected idea. The shortlist is optional. Editing and reopening saved work does not use another credit; a new AI research run requires an unused credit.
Sign in, accept these terms and confirm payment in secure Stripe Checkout. Credits are linked to the signed-in account after the server verifies payment. Research does not start automatically after paying: return to the form and submit it when ready. A run normally takes up to two minutes. Daily capacity limits or service interruptions may delay delivery.
A credit is used only when its finished output saves successfully. Failed runs leave the credit available to retry. If a connection drops, check the dashboard for a saved result before retrying. Deleting a finished report does not restore the credit that produced it. Workspace deletion does not delete purchase records or unused credits.
Cancellation, refunds and support
You can request cancellation or a refund through support or the operator contact details above. Include your order reference and email; do not send card details. Tell us if a purchased service cannot be delivered, is faulty or differs from what was described. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms, and accepting these terms does not waive a statutory cancellation right.
The operator must confirm the applicable cancellation period, procedure and required cancellation form before checkout is enabled. These launch terms do not yet represent a completed consumer-law review. Purchase confirmation and provider tax settings must also be checked before taking live payments.
